To have your password sent to you via email, enter either your USERNAME or the EMAIL ADDRESS you registered when you joined. Your login will be sent within minutes.
If you don't receive your password email shortly, please check your spam, bulk or junk mail folders. If you find the email there, your ISP or your spam-blocker or filter software is diverting our email. You need to approve Connecting Singles for delivery.
If you don't find the password email in your inbox, spam, bulk or junk folder, you need to add us to your Contacts or Address Book or write to your email provider to tell them you want to receive our mail, then come back to this page and request your password again.

NOTE: If you did not give us a valid email address when you joined, or if you don't have access to the email address you gave us when you joined, then we CANNOT send your password.
If you DO know your login, but still can't get into the site, the reason may be:
- You are not entering your username and password EXACTLY as you registered them when you joined, WITHOUT spaces before or after the words. DO not cut and paste them, try typing them in again slowly.
- You no longer have a profile here because:
- the profile you entered was not accepted
- you canceled it
- your profile info was invalid, not complete, or gibberish was entered, so the profile was deleted
- your email address was not valid and mail to you bounced back causing your profile to be deleted.
- your profile was removed due to abuse report or rules violation
- you entered more than one profile
